About the role:

As an Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and driving the growth of BSI America’s product and service offerings related to ISO standards and certifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive Sales Growth: As a hunter in the sales field, develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.

  • Consultative Selling: Engage with key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations to present and position BSI products and services, helping them meet ISO standards.

  • Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new business leads, building a continuous sales pipeline to support long-term success.

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous business growth and repeat engagements.

  • Market Trend Identification: Stay ahead of industry trends, strategizing to capture new revenue generation opportunities.

  • Accurate Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales reports, supporting business forecasting and strategy development.

  • Travel for Success: Travel to visit clients on a quarterly basis, building personal connections and furthering business opportunities.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Sales Experience: At least four years of experience in sales.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the certification industry and/or ISO standards is a plus, though not essential.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Collaboration Mindset: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.

  • Valid Driver's License: Travel to client sites is required on a quarterly basis.

This position offers a base annual salary plus a great commission structure; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
