The Sales Account Manager is responsible for converting leads to orders, maintaining customer relationships, and configuring technology products.
Exxact Corporation is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals for the Technical Sales Account Manager role. Exxact was founded in 1992 and has been successful in the GPU, GPU Compute, and AI markets.
Responsibilities and Opportunities
- Conversion of sales leads to orders
- Develop and maintain positive and long-term customer relationships
- Configure and quote build-to-order workstations, servers, storage systems, and clusters
- Proficient in product knowledge including platforms from Super Micro, Gigabyte, Asus, and others
- Expedite resolution of customer problems or complaints
- Opportunity to work with well-established companies in technology solutions, government, defense, higher education, life sciences, and other fast-growing industries
- Opportunity to make a significant impact in the Sales Department
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience in a similar industry
- A proven track record of success in sales is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills via email or by phone. Proficiency in English is required
- Fast learner of new technology, hardware, and software
- Self-driven and team player
