Position Overview

The Sales Alliances, Director is responsible for managing and growing Elite’s strategic sales alliance partnerships to drive revenue, pipeline expansion, and market growth. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this U.S -based individual contributor role owns hands-on partner management, co-selling execution, and joint go-to-market activities. This role plays a critical role in extending Elite’s sales reach through high-impact partner relationships. 

Work Arrangement: Remote 

This role requires the individual to be based in Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Elite’s strategic sales alliance partners, serving as the primary relationship lead.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through active co-selling and deal collaboration. 
  • Execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including enablement, campaigns, and field engagement. 
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and account teams to embed alliances into active opportunities. 
  • Enable partners through training, sales tools, messaging, and ongoing readiness. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. 
  • Coordinate closely with Services on any Partner activities pertaining to the Premier Partners and their delivery of the Elite solution. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing on joint events, webinars, and partner-facing content.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure partner alignment and delivery success. 
  • Support partner agreement negotiation and lifecycle management in coordination with Legal and Finance. 
  • ​​Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives​.

Qualifications

  • ​​Bachelor's Degree​ in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience. 
  • ​​6–8 years​ of experience in sales alliances, partnerships, business development, or related roles within SaaS or enterprise technology. 
  • Strong proficiency and understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and partner co-sell motions.  
  • Proven ability to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. 
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking pipeline and partner performance metrics.
  • Experience in legal technology, professional services, or ERP ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM and pipeline reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel up to ​25–50%​ as business needs require, including internationally.
  • ​​Role requires the following physical capacity:​ ​Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work​.
