Job Posting: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: Fremont, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Site only, No Hybrid or Remote Opportunities)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to support growth across sales, marketing, and executive operations. This role works closely with the President and Director of Marketing to support pipeline development, execute marketing strategy, and drive alignment across key business initiatives.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance execution, communication, and organization at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social platforms
  • Assist in creating sales collateral, presentations, and proposals
  • Maintain and manage the CRM to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity
  • Assist in coordinating trade shows, events, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Track campaign performance and provide KPI reporting

Marketing Strategy Execution (Director of Marketing Support)

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute the company’s marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
  • Support content development, including case studies, email campaigns, and digital assets
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for optimization

Executive & Administrative Support (President)

  • Provide administrative support to the President, including meeting coordination and follow-ups
  • Review presentations and communications for internal and external meetings
  • Prepare reports and supporting materials as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track key action items
  • Assist in drafting proposals and strategic communications
  • Support special projects and business initiatives as directed by the President
  • Help prioritize and organize key business activities to ensure execution

Operational & Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Support partner and customer communications
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal processes
  • Ensure alignment across teams on key initiatives and timelines

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business operations, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive leadership
  • Experience working with marketing teams and executing campaigns
  • Background in B2B, technology, EV charging, or energy industries
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus tied to marketing execution and performance
