About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing intern, you will work at the intersection of strategy, outreach, and campaign execution. This is a unique opportunity for a growth-oriented individual who wants to understand how to master stakeholder management. This is an opportunity to develop your skills from the growth driver of any organization, sales and marketing. On this team you will be reporting to the Founder and Principal Consultant of the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Outreach & Pipeline Management: Prospect and cold call to develop a pipeline for sales qualified leads as well as build target lead lists for marketing campaigns

  • Campaign & Pipeline Execution: Build and manage campaign pipelines and cultivate a robust pool of high-value prospects.

  • System Analysis: Analyze current marketing and growth systems to identify bottlenecks and engineer more efficient, scalable workflows.

Learning Outcomes

  • Build skills in stakeholder engagement and communication

  • Design and develop marketing campaigns by building lead pipelines

  • Qualify sales and marketing leads

  • Develop Ideal Customer Personas and corresponding marketing assets

  • Present boardroom style pitches

  • Research and analysis

Key Responsibilities

  • Phase 1 — Target Identification: Conduct research to identify targets that fit the strategy

  • Phase 2 — ICP Strategy: Define and formalize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) strategic communication and asset development

  • Phase 3 — Campaigning and Execution: Implement multi-channel outreach by developing and deploying targeted campaigns, ensuring messaging alignment with brand positioning and lead generation goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Preferred background in Business, Marketing, or Communications

  • Skills: Comfort with cold calling is a core requirement. You must be a confident communicator who can navigate gatekeepers and speak effectively with founders.

  • Mindset: Proactive, humble, eager to learn,analytical, good communicator, and comfortable managing the full lifecycle of a client relationship.

  • Experience: Prior phone experience in sales, customer facing roles, or growth-focused marketing roles is preferred.

The Internship Experience

This role is fundamentally designed as an educational experience. You will be provided with professional mentorship to guide your development. Throughout this internship, you will build a comprehensive portfolio of your work, including campaign plans, system designs, and outreach strategies. We aim to provide you with the training, tools, knowledge, and feedback necessary to prepare you for future professional opportunities.
