Oakland Harley-Davidson is hiring a Sales Associate to join our award winning, high volume Harley-Davidson dealership in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you’re passionate about motorcycles, love working with people, and want a long term sales career in the powersports industry, this is the place to be. 


Located near the Oakland Airport, our dealership offers 42,000 sq. ft. of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, accessories, and gear, along with a high energy, community driven environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers and promote Harley-Davidson motorcycles 

  • Learn new & used models 

  • Guide buyers through the full sales process 

  • Deliver a world class customer experience 

  • Follow up with leads 

  • Provide quotes, credit applications, and paperwork 

  • Achieve personal & team goals 


Qualifications 

  • Positive, outgoing, customerfocused 

  • Comfortable in a retail/showroom 

  • Reliable & professional 

  • Basic computer & mobile device skills 

  • Willing to learn Harley-Davidson products 

  • Work 5 days/week including weekends 

  • Eligible for CA Vehicle Salesperson License 

  • Valid M1 & able to perform a test ride
