Job Description:

‍Navier is seeking articulate, ambitious, and driven Sales Associates to generate and close sales of the Navier N30. This is a contract-based, remote role with a low base and extremly high commission per sale, offering a clear path to full-time employment for high performers. We will provide marketing resources and support, but candidates are expected to own the full sales process—from lead generation to closing.

We are currently focused on candidates based in New York, Miami, and the Bay Area, though the role is open to remote applicants in other strategic locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the Navier N30 and future products through proactive outreach and high-touch engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, yacht brokers, and fleet operators
  • Conduct personalized consultations, virtual/in-person demos, and facilitate a premium customer experience
  • Represent Navier at industry events, boat shows, and exclusive gatherings to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Manage sales pipeline, client interactions, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune messaging and improve lead conversion
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-end sales—ideally in luxury mobility (yachts, private aviation, exotic vehicles, etc.)
  • Proven ability to source and close high-value deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter mindset with high levels of motivation and accountability
  • Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals; existing network is a major plus
  • Familiarity with CRMs and digital sales tools
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and redefining transportation
What we offer:

All our positions offer a compensation package that includes base salary and benefits. Benefits include PTO, Sick Time, 401k and 100% paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for the employee.

Navier's pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
