Finance Organization | Global Commissions Team

Snowflake’s Finance Organization is seeking a Sales Commissions Manager to join our Global Commissions Team. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to

ensure our sales compensation programs are fair, motivating, and align with our GTM and Company strategies. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of operational excellence that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Commissions Manager at Snowflake, you will:

  • Partner with internal teams to develop competitive compensation structures that align with go-to-market and revenue goals as well as effectively balance budget constraints.

  • Drive continuous improvement, make recommendations for changes to processes and workflows, and execute on those changes.

  • Lead coordination with various teams to ensure commission deliverables are met.

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

  • Lead analysis of anomalies and plan effectiveness to provide meaningful and accurate insights to senior leadership.

  • Influences the decision-making process and final outcome by providing detailed analysis, models and recommendations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in supporting complex commission data structures for diverse sales incentive programs.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools

  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong conflict resolution abilities, and the ability to effectively work through complex challenges with limited information.
