PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell and close Pulte/Del Webb products. Monitor and meet assigned goals.  

  • Generate leads from customer referrals and core realtor group

  • Conduct appointments with all prospects for current/future home sales, make presentations to community visitors, demonstrate the models, spec homes, dirt homesites and the amenities of the community your assigned to.

  • Explain principle and interest payments, taxes, insurance, CC&Rs (deed restrictions), homeowner associations etc.

  • Prepare required paperwork for each home sale and for prospective purchasers

  • Assist in making prospective buyer appointments with the design center, mortgage, key inspections, appraisals, and settlement departments when necessary

  • Keep buyer updated as to construction start and completion dates and remain actively involved in the sales process through closing

  • Communicate properly, to the appropriate departments, any customer requests for information or service

  • Adhere to the division’s processes and procedures.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Appropriate license or certifications as required by the state

  • Completion of the Sales Associate Learning and Certification Program

  • Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 1 year

  • Knowledge of Sales organization preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

PAY RANGE

  • $33.82 per hour as a Sales Trainee
  • $70,350 base + commission as a Sales Consultant
