Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Vegetable Sales Division in Salinas, California.

Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Vegetable Sales Division by ensuring the accurate entry, maintenance, and confirmation of customer orders, shipments, pricing, and product receipts. This position serves as an important liaison between customers, sales personnel, and internal departments to help provide exceptional service and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Support
  • Enter and confirm customer orders, shipments, and purchase details into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, shipping information, and handling instructions.
  • Review customer portal information and update or modify orders as directed by the Sales team.
  • Monitor and maintain customer orders throughout the sales process.
  • Compile, distribute, and maintain sales pricing sheets.
  • Review and send customer order confirmations.
  • Investigate order discrepancies and coordinate resolution with customers, transportation providers, operations, and internal departments.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
Accounting Support
  • Support regional Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities related to sales operations.
  • Assist with researching payment discrepancies and customer account issues.
  • Support vendor payable processes as workload and seasonal business demands permit.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to develop knowledge of accounting support functions.
Administrative Support
  • Assist Sales Management with reports, special projects, presentations, and general office administration.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient business operations.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software systems and business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting sales, accounting, logistics, or customer service operations.
