As a Sales Development Manager, you'll have two main objectives: 1) Drive sales and increase revenue for the company by creating legitimate pipelines, and 2) Develop high-quality future Limble employees. You’ll know you’re doing a great job when you’re crushing your monthly quotas and producing top-notch outbound Sales Development Representatives who ramp quickly and perform above expectations. Successful candidates will excel at coaching and holding team members accountable to their goals.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide coaching and ongoing training to outbound Sales Development Representatives to improve their account approach, prospecting, and discovery efforts

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to promote ongoing career development and growth

  • Hold your team accountable to obtain their monthly targets & KPIs and identify areas for improvement

  • Create and lead group trainings with new hires and current sales reps

  • Interview, hire, and retain top sales talent to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team

  • Work strategically across Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment on best practices for generating additional revenue and producing high-quality quota carriers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing outbound Sales Development Representatives with an emphasis on outbound motions that integrate marketing, sales, SDRs, & partners

  • Passionate about training, coaching, and developing sales talent

  • Track record of success managing high-performing sales teams

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach and Nooks a plus

  • Experience generating talk tracks and ability to guide sales teams in tailoring their communication strategies to different customer profiles.
