We asked ourselves — What if better care didn't cost more?

That's why we built Vitable: a YC-backed, Series A healthtech platform making healthcare better for employers of everyday workers. We bring accessible, high-quality care to over 85 million uninsured and underinsured Americans. Unlike traditional options, our suite of health benefits is designed with real people at the center.

Vitable empowers businesses to become better employers by making it easy to offer healthcare benefits to their teams. It's a better experience for employees and a smarter solution for employers. Simply put, we're built for better.

We're growing rapidly and looking for hungry team members who are passionate about delivering better care to the everyday worker. Does that sound like you?

The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and be the first voice of Vitable for potential customers. • Run cold outreach campaigns to secure discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Represent Vitable's health benefits platform to SMB and mid-market employers
  • Document target audience challenges and pain points to sharpen sales messaging
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in HubSpot

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound sales
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas/targets
  • Hunter mentality — assertive, confident, relentless
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Benefits & Perks

  • 100% Silver Plan + Full Medical Coverage
  • Dental and Vision Coverage
  • 401(k) and Life Insurance
  • Access to Vitable's Primary Care membership

Vitable Health is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
