Job Summary

We are seeking a determined Sales Development Representative based in Australia to help drive growth for our world-class clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, averaging approximately 50 calls per day to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full top-of-funnel lifecycle, from initial research to securing qualified meetings.
  • Consistently achieve a target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities per month.
  • Maintain meticulous records and pipeline management within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to master the team’s proprietary sales methodologies.

Requirements
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an affable, professional demeanor.
  • Mindset: High level of coachability, natural curiosity, and the determination to overcome objections.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Consistency: A proven track record of maintaining high activity levels and meeting KPIs.
