Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to spearhead our outbound growth strategy within the international education sector. In this role, you will be the primary engine for pipeline generation, engaging directly with senior school leadership teams to introduce innovative educational solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-managed sales professional who understands the unique nuances of the EdTech landscape and thrives on building meaningful relationships with global educators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain targeted lists of international schools, identifying key decision-makers including Principals, Deputy Heads, and Sustainability Leads.
  • Execute high-touch LinkedIn outreach campaigns featuring personalized, consultative messaging tailored specifically to educators.
  • Manage multi-channel cold email sequences and structured follow-ups to maximize response and engagement rates.
  • Conduct high-volume daily outreach, including 30–50 LinkedIn messages and 20–30 cold emails.
  • Consult with school leadership stakeholders to align our solutions with their institutional goals.
  • Book and coordinate 10–15 qualified meetings per month for the leadership team.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, tracking lead progression and providing clear visibility into the sales pipeline.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, specifically utilizing LinkedIn and email as primary channels
  • Direct experience selling into the education sector or EdTech space is a critical requirement for this role
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and school leadership teams
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of maintaining consistent daily activity output without micro-management
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM management and sales automation tools
  • A consultative approach to sales, focusing on value-driven conversations rather than aggressive pitching
