fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production, and do it at scale without compromise. For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.

As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.

About The Role

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fal.ai, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers exploring how to build and scale their Generative Media initiatives. You’ll qualify inbound leads, uncover customer needs, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to create opportunities that drive Fal’s growth.
This is an opportunity to directly impact revenue growth at a fast-moving startup while building foundational skills in AI sales, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
  • Perform discovery to understand each prospect’s business goals, media workflows, and AI infrastructure needs.
  • Manage all inbound leads from initial contact to sales-qualified opportunity, maintaining organized and accurate pipeline data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to optimize inbound lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Become an expert on Fal’s platform capabilities to communicate its value to technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
  • Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless prospect experiences.
  • Track engagement metrics and contribute insights to improve lead quality and targeting.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or lead generation role preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills—especially over phone, video, and chat—with the ability to listen, learn, and connect authentically.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, Generative Media, and emerging technologies.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a high-performing sales organization.
You'll Thrive Here
  • Passionate about AI and excited to help customers unlock new creative possibilities with Generative Media.
  • Enjoy connecting with people and uncovering how technology can solve real business challenges.
  • Love building processes and systems in a startup environment where your input shapes how we grow.
  • Embrace experimentation, feedback, and continuous learning to refine your skills.
  • Take pride in being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team transforming how AI creativity scales.
Why Fal.ai

At Fal.ai, you’ll join a rapidly scaling company defining how AI moves from experimentation to production. This is an opportunity to shape the future of enterprise AI adoption—while building deep relationships with customers who are transforming their industries through intelligent technology.
