The Opportunity:

This isn’t a typical SDR role.

Our client is building a new international lead-generation team for a globally recognized leader in data analytics and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) ready to help lead its expansion.

You’ll identify and develop new business opportunities within the financial services and banking sectors, engaging senior decision-makers and turning thoughtful outbound prospecting into qualified conversations and a meaningful sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across the financial services and banking sectors
  • Connect with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, CROs and Sales Executives
  • Lead outbound prospecting through thoughtful, targeted outreach
  • Qualify opportunities by uncovering business challenges, priorities and buying potential
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain an accurate, active pipeline focused on conversion
  • Support the continued expansion of a growing international market


Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or outbound prospecting role
  • Experience selling into or working within financial services or banking
  • Confidence engaging senior executives and navigating complex organizations
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and critical-thinking skills
  • Resilience, consistency and comfort with outbound business development
  • A self-directed approach with the ability to contribute within a collaborative team

  • Variable pay - $28,000 (uncapped)

Please note, this role is a remote, outbound sales opportunity that will require the successful candidate to be Canadian based and residing in either the Eastern or Atlantic time zone.
