Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will be responsible for driving outreach, educating prospects on our platform's value, and facilitating the initial stages of the sales cycle. This is a pivotal position for an ambitious professional looking to master the fundamentals of software sales and make a direct impact on our market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute 50 high-quality cold and warm calls daily to pre-qualified lead lists.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Conduct live screen-share sessions to provide platform walkthroughs and product education.
  • Manage and close low-value sales opportunities directly to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain rigorous activity logs and lead updates within the CRM.
  • Align outreach efforts with UK office hours to maximize engagement with our core market.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
  • Experience in renewable energy, solar, clean tech, sustainability, utilities, energy consulting, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with resilience and professionalism.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortability leading technical demonstrations and screen-share sessions.
  • Ability to work effectively during UK business hours (GMT/BST).
  • A self-starter mindset with the discipline to hit daily activity targets consistently.
