Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting efforts and set qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with dental professionals through cold calling, email outreach, and other strategic prospecting methods. Your primary goal will be to generate interest and schedule high-quality meetings that will be run by an Account Executive. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to engage potential dental practice clients.
- Identify key decision-makers and qualify potential leads based on company criteria.
- Schedule product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and lead status in HubSpot.
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Practice by Numbers’ software offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, including call volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Some travel required to attend events for qualified lead generation
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or cold calling, preferably in software or technology sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Base Salary - $40,000/annum
Commission - up to $30,000/annum (not capped)
