Loop is a Top 5 EV charging network on a mission to make charging more reliable, accessible, and scalable. Since launching in 2019, we’ve deployed thousands of chargers nationwide and have built a strong portfolio across multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, and municipal customers.

Backed by leading investors (Fifth Wall and Agility) and operating at a critical inflection point, we’re not just building chargers, we’re building the infrastructure layer powering the next generation of transportation.

We’re looking for an Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can hit the ground running and help build a consistent outbound motion.

This role is for someone who already understands prospecting fundamentals but wants more ownership, better exposure, and a faster path to growth. You won’t just execute, you’ll help shape how we do outbound.

Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Build and prioritize target account lists across key verticals (multifamily, developers, retail, hospitality)
  • Generate qualified opportunities and book meetings for senior sales and leadership
  • Write and test outbound messaging to improve conversion rates
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
  • Work closely with leadership to refine ICP, targeting, and outreach strategy

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
  • Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with high activity levels and consistent follow-up
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to take ownership
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar
  • Interest in EV, energy, or infrastructure is a plus

Why Join Loop?

  • True ownership and the ability to build something from the ground up
  • Direct access to leadership and real impact on company growth
  • A product and platform positioned to win in a rapidly expanding market
  • The opportunity to define how EV infrastructure is deployed at scale
  • A team of builders who understand the real challenges of EV charging and are focused on solving them at scale.
