ManageCasa is looking for a smart, resourceful, and ambitious recent college graduate who wants to begin a career in technology sales.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, personable, and confident speaking with new people. You should love sales, be comfortable with cold calling, and not become discouraged by rejection. You must also be organized, persistent, and able to manage consistent follow-up with prospective customers.

The successful candidate will know how to research and identify HOA and community association management companies that could benefit from ManageCasa. You will learn our SaaS platform and become capable of speaking confidently at a high level about ManageCasa’s HOA property-management solutions and the value of Minii AI.

Previous software sales experience is not required. ManageCasa will provide training, coaching, and support to help you grow into an Account Manager, Account Executive, or another advanced sales position.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify HOA and community association management companies.

  • Find the appropriate decision-makers and contact information within each target company.

  • Build and maintain organized lists of qualified prospective customers.

  • Make daily outbound cold calls to introduce ManageCasa.

  • Connect with prospects through email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.

  • Start friendly, professional conversations and build relationships with potential customers.

  • Learn the ManageCasa platform, including its HOA property-management capabilities and Minii AI.

  • Speak confidently at a high level about ManageCasa’s products, features, benefits, and business value.

  • Explain how ManageCasa supports accounting, payments, communications, compliance, vendor bills, and daily HOA operations.

  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand each prospect’s needs, challenges, current software, and buying timeline.

  • Qualify sales opportunities and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.

  • Create and manage an organized follow-up plan for every prospect.

  • Follow up consistently through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activities in the CRM.

  • Track calls, emails, conversations, next steps, and scheduled meetings.

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on prospecting campaigns.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach, calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.

  • Participate in product training, sales coaching, and team meetings.

  • Interested in advancing into Account Management or another sales position.

Qualifications
  • Recent college graduate or currently completing a bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Genuine interest in SaaS, technology, business, or property management.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

  • Strong research, organization, time-management, and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to learn software quickly and communicate its business value.

  • Comfortable speaking professionally by phone, email, and video.

  • Basic familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, email, or other business software is helpful but not required.
