Compensation: Base + commission

We’re now formalizing our go-to-market motion and building a team to scale our enterprise presence. As part of that effort, we’re hiring two SDRs to help generate pipeline, create new opportunities, and set the foundation for Gumloop’s next phase of growth.

The Role

We’re hiring two SDRs to build outbound pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, leading conversations that open doors and move deals forward. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn enterprise sales from the ground up while having a direct impact on growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate outbound pipeline through personalized emails, calls, and social outreach

  • Lead introductory conversations with decision-makers at enterprise companies

  • Evangelize Gumloop’s value and qualify opportunities for Account Executives

  • Partner with Marketing to improve campaigns and outreach sequences

  • Research and segment target accounts to identify high-potential prospects

  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and data hygiene in Salesforce

What You Bring
  • 1–3 years experience in outbound sales, business development, or pipeline generation (SaaS preferred)

  • Experience talking to senior stakeholders and explaining technical products

  • A relentless, goal-oriented mindset comfortable with high-volume outreach

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and a data-driven approach to outreach

  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about automation and workflow software

  • Collaborative, coachable attitude excited to grow and improve fast
