We’re engineering the invisible shield that protects millions of users and global online services every day. Our all-in-one verification and compliance platform helps companies fight fraud, meet regulatory requirements, and scale securely across borders. From onboarding to ongoing monitoring, Sumsub empowers businesses to move fast while staying compliant.

Now we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to reach out to new and prospective clients globally, with a particular focus on the North America.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Sales prospecting and lead generation across globally

  • Cold outreach to new and prospective clients via LinkedIn, emails, calls, network, etc

  • Industry research to define targets for the outreach and potential pockets of growth, craft value proposition, etc

  • Researching companies and their representatives to define the most relevant targets and decision-makers

  • Pushing conversations to the product demo calls

  • Supporting Business Development Managers in their re-engagement with the targets

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation/cold sales as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative in B2B cloud, SaaS software or financial services, compliance, crypto, RegTech

  • Outstanding writing, communication and negotiation skills; fluency in IT vocabulary; and ability to digest technical information & product specs

  • Good command of the English language

  • Experience with selling software solutions

  • Strong analytical skills in market research

  • Skilled user of LinkedIn, Crunchbase, email trackers, CRMs, etc.

  • Experience with Salesloft or similar platforms is a plus

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers

  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

  • Competitive Compensation. 55,000–75,000 USD base salary. The final offer will depend on your specific experience, skill set, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for (performance bonuses) and our comprehensive benefits package.
