About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales Development Representative to join our global team, supporting our growing US market.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, responsible for qualifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and driving SaaS revenue through MoodleCloud and other solutions. You’ll work closely with Sales Executives, partners, and marketing teams to ensure every opportunity is handled with speed, quality, and impact.


Requirements

What You’ll Do

Most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

  • Managing and qualifying inbound leads
  • Routing opportunities to Sales Executives or partners
  • Conducting discovery to understand customer needs, budget, and timelines
  • Converting smaller SaaS opportunities independently
  • Supporting MoodleCloud trial conversions and account expansions
  • Following up on dormant or unqualified leads
  • Supporting RFP/RFX intake and coordination
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
  • Collaborating with global sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Supporting outbound campaigns and lead generation initiatives

We’d love to meet you

Especially if you can tell us about your:

  • Experience qualifying and converting inbound sales leads
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or similar industries (a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
