💻 The Mission

At THE/STUDIO, we aren't just a platform; we are building the Operating System for Product Creation. We are a global manufacturing SaaS company redefining how creators and brands bring their physical product ideas to life.

We are looking for a high-energy, relentless executioner to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You are the engine of our pipeline. This is not a slow, research-heavy corporate role. This is a high-velocity, multi-channel combat zone. You will be responsible for attacking an inbound and outbound funnel across live chat, phone calls, and emails with extreme speed. We need a pure "doer" who thrives on velocity, hates letting a lead sit cold for more than 2 minutes, and loves booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

💡 The Profile We’re Looking For (Our Core Pillars)

Our CEO defines our top performers by three distinct traits. If this isn't how you operate, you won't thrive here:

  • Intelligence: High raw processing power and quick logical reasoning. You can jump from a live website chat to a phone call and handle discovery seamlessly.

  • "Give a Shit" Energy (Extreme Ownership): You don't wait to be told what to do. You own your pipeline metrics. If the lead volume is low, you dig into our massive CRM database of 100,000+ companies to uncover hidden gems. You look inward to drive value.

  • Rapid Adaptation & Urgency: You operate with absolute urgency. You take blunt, radically candid coaching, drop the ego, and execute pivots instantly.

🎯 What You’ll Do
  • Multi-Channel Lead Response: Act as the first line of defense, rapidly qualifying and converting incoming leads across live web chat, cold/warm phone calls, and email.

  • High-Velocity Execution: Maintain an aggressive daily cadence of outreach and follow-ups. Speed-to-lead is your ultimate metric.

  • Database Mining: Actively prospect into our extensive existing CRM of 100,000+ companies to re-engage, qualify, and resurrect high-potential leads.

  • Smooth AE Handoff: Run sharp, high-speed discovery conversations to assess lead fit, need, and timing, seamlessly booking qualified meetings straight onto our Account Executive team's calendars.

  • CRM Discipline: Keep HubSpot tracking clean, accurate, and up-to-the-minute.

  • Supply Chain Education: Learn the backbone of the global economy. We will teach you the ins and outs of supply chain, manufacturing, and product development so you can speak as an authority to brand founders.

🧩 What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR or BDR in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or startup environment.

  • The "Doer" Mentality: You love high-volume execution. You are highly comfortable handling live chat platforms and jumping onto phone calls back-to-back.

  • Fearless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 minimum). You are punchy over email and highly engaging on the phone.

  • The Prospecting Stack: Hands-on mastery of HubSpot (or Salesforce/Pipedrive) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.).

  • Extreme Organization: A structured, data-driven approach to managing large volumes of prospects without letting hot leads slip through the cracks.

  • Remote Infrastructure: Laptop/desktop (8GB+ RAM), rock-solid stable internet connection (20+ Mbps), and a professional noise-canceling headset.

What Success Looks Like
  • Within 1 Month: Master THE/STUDIO’s value proposition, ideal customer profiles, and internal tech stack. Launch into the live multi-channel funnel and book your first qualified meetings.

  • Within 3 Months: Consistently smash your weekly meeting-booked targets. Be recognized by AEs as the gold standard for pipeline quality and high-speed lead handoffs.

  • Within 6 Months: Optimize new outreach scripts and chat playbooks to lift overall team conversion metrics. Track heavily toward a promotional path into a full-cycle Account Executive role.

💰 Compensation & Terms
  • Flexible & Uncapped: Competitive base salary + an aggressive, uncapped commission structure built to reward elite pipeline builders.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, exclusive independent contractor role.
