Are you looking to launch your sales career in a high-energy, fast-paced environment? Blancco Technology Group is building a best-in-class Sales Development team, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join us in Woburn, MA!


At Blancco, we foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll work closely with National Account Managers, Account Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Sales Leaders to drive targeted outreach, gain exposure to the full sales cycle, and develop the skills needed for a long-term, successful career in sales.


Our Woburn, MA office is in a highly attractive and accessible location within Greater Boston. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to work alongside members of our Executive Team, giving you direct exposure to our competitive, collaborative, and results-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (50+ activities per day) via phone, email, and social media.
  • Schedule appointments and product demos for the Sales Team.
  • Have engaging conversations with prospects to understand their business needs.

✔️ Sales Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the Global Sales Team to develop targeted outreach strategies and account engagement plans.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather account intelligence, build relationship maps, and identify use case opportunities.

What We’re Looking For


🔹 Experience & Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make a great first impression.
  • Experience with phone, email, and social media communication.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

🔹 Key Qualities:

  • Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and effectively communicate business value.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High energy, competitive spirit, and a strong sense of urgency to hit goals.


🔹 Education:

  •  BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
