Job Role: Sales Development Representative
Job Type- Full-Time
Time Zone- CST
Location- LATAM
About the Role
ISHIR is looking for a motivated, AI-savvy Sales Development Representative to grow the pipeline for our technology services business. You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, re-engage past prospects and clients, and build new relationships through targeted outreach and industry events. Working with sales leadership, you'll research accounts, uncover business needs, book discovery meetings, and keep HubSpot accurate. This role suits a disciplined, curious relationship-builder who is confident on the phone and uses AI tools to work smarter.
What You'll Do
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Respond quickly to inbound web leads and qualify them on business need, timing, decision-makers, and fit; nurture those not yet ready to buy until they convert or close out.
- Research ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts and start conversations through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Re-engage past prospects and clients to uncover new needs, referrals, and expansion opportunities.
- Source leads beyond the website through market research, referrals, partners, professional communities, and your own network.
Consultative Selling - Build a strong understanding of ISHIR's services, capabilities, and differentiators, and match them to prospects' business challenges.
- Turn client requirements and pain points into clear briefs for Presales, and collaborate on solution approaches to move opportunities forward.
- Earn trust by understanding each prospect's business, industry, and technology landscape, and stay engaged throughout the sales cycle.
Pipeline Management and Team Coordination - Schedule discovery calls and introductions for sales leadership, including the CEO and senior management where appropriate, with a brief account summary before each meeting.
- Log all activity in HubSpot and keep lead and opportunity records, next steps, and handoffs accurate for pipeline reviews and forecasting.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and the Junior Sales team on meetings, lead enrichment, prospect research, opportunity scoping, deal reviews, and proposals.
- Report regularly on activity, lead sources, meetings booked, conversion, and pipeline trends. Events, Marketing, and Account Support
- Attend relevant local and industry events, build referral relationships, and follow up promptly to create qualified opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and sales enablement, including invitations, lead capture, and attendee follow-up.
- Stay in touch with past clients, connect account owners with expansion opportunities, and sharemarket insights to inform go-to-market planning.
AI-Enabled Execution and Growth - Use approved AI tools for research, list building, call prep, outreach drafts, and meeting summaries, and help automate repetitive steps in the lead-to-meeting process.
- Review all AI-generated content for accuracy, confidentiality, and a personal tone before it reaches prospects.
- Keep building knowledge of ISHIR's services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape through ongoing sales training.
What We're Looking For - Experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or outbound prospecting, ideally in IT services, consulting, or software.
- Excellent written and spoken English, confident cold calling, and the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders up to senior leadership.
- A proven record of qualifying leads, booking meetings, and hitting activity and pipeline targets.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred), sales engagement tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfort with AI-assisted sales workflows and sound judgment in handling client information.
- Organized, self-motivated, and coachable, with the ability to work across time zones with US-based leadership and attend events (including evenings) when needed.
How Success Is Measured - Consistent, well-documented outreach to ICP prospects; qualified meetings and opportunities with new accounts; fast follow-up on inbound and event leads; pipeline created from inbound, outbound, reactivation, and event sources; and accurate CRM records with smooth handoffs. Targets are set with sales leadership and reviewed weekly.
Why Join ISHIR? - Work directly with leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Drive growth from the front line: own the first conversation with new clients and watch your pipeline turn into revenue.
- Expand your network by representing ISHIR at industry events and professional communities.
- Grow with AI: learn modern, AI-driven sales practices, with a path into broader sales and client success roles.
