Position Overview: We’re seeking enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you'll proactively generate leads, perform cold outreach, and set up qualified meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and emails to engage prospective clients.

  • Schedule and confirm a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week.

  • Represent Tavrn professionally at industry conferences (10–25% travel required).

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM platform.

  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless lead transitions.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in tech sales (or similar sales-related role).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to industry events.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach.
