Position Overview: We’re seeking enthusiastic, self-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you'll proactively generate leads, perform cold outreach, and set up qualified meetings with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and emails to engage prospective clients.
Schedule and confirm a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week.
Represent Tavrn professionally at industry conferences (10–25% travel required).
Maintain detailed records of interactions using our CRM platform.
Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless lead transitions.
Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in tech sales (or similar sales-related role).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with a positive, can-do attitude.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to industry events.
Comfortable with cold calling and persistent outreach.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation with an OTE of $100,000–$120,000 (placement within range based on experience and qualifications).
