The opportunity

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for promoting TechnologyAdvice’s products and services by building customer relationships and delivering qualified, motivated leads to the Sales team. This position plays an important role in supporting demand generation efforts and contributing to overall revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic professional who is interested in starting a career in sales and thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment.

What you'll do
  • Support sales objectives through inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Learn and effectively communicate TechnologyAdvice’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Participate in outbound sales and demand generation campaigns.
  • Capture and qualify leads generated through tradeshows, webinars, inbound calls, and marketing initiatives.
  • Follow up with existing contacts and nurture them into sales-ready prospects.
  • Route qualified leads and schedule meetings for Sales Executives.
  • Monitor and respond to the TechnologyAdvice sales inbox and website inquiries, routing requests as needed.
  • Create and update lead generation email templates and phone scripts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.
  • Assist with sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to build product and industry knowledge.
  • Represent TechnologyAdvice at occasional tradeshows; limited travel may be required.
Who you are
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to use AI tools to support email drafting, lead research, and outreach personalization.
  • Comfortable learning how to interpret AI-generated insights to improve outreach efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
  • Interested in launching a sales career in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to maintain consistent outreach activity.
  • Clear and professional verbal communicator.
  • Organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range:
$44,000$56,000 USD
Total annual compensation including commission up to:
$64,000$80,000 USD
