Drive outbound pipeline for enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV) via cold calls, email automation, LinkedIn and events; run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and work with senior sellers to convert meetings into ARR while building scalable outbound playbooks.
The summary above was generated by AI

TL;DR: We are scaling from $XM to $XXM ARR and looking for winners to work directly with our CEO and SVP of Sales. This is an entirely untapped $280B market where our first two sellers just closed $3.8M in three months. We are moving $500K ACV contracts with a sub-100-day sales cycle - unmatched velocity for anyone hungry, aggressive, and competitive. If you perform, you’ll be fast-tracked for promotion.

Background: Strala is rebuilding the foundation of the world’s largest industry - insurance.
In less than a year, we reached multi seven-figure ARR and are growing 50% MoM. We raised two rounds from Tier 1 funds including Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, led by the partner who was early in OpenAI, Cognition and Scale AI. Our team comes from institutions like Harvard, Berkeley & Oxford and firms like Optiver, AMD & Palantir (+ICPC, NeurIPS backgrounds).

In this role you will

  • Drive pipeline for massive, AI-enabled enterprise service contracts ($500k+ ACV)

  • Join a team where two sellers closed > $3M in the first 3 months

  • Own outbound across cold calls, email automation, LinkedIn, conferences, and any channel that books meetings

  • Build and aggressively expand target account lists aligned to our ICP

  • Run first discovery calls and qualify high-value revenue opportunities

  • Work directly with senior sellers to convert conversations into real ARR

  • Build new playbooks, test new channels, and scale what works - as one of the first SDR hires, you will help build the outbound engine behind our enterprise growth

You will thrive if you

  • Are hungry, resilient, and see winning as the only acceptable option

  • Don’t get discouraged by rejection or high outbound volume

  • Communicate clearly and confidently (written + verbal)

  • Take ownership and build instead of waiting for instructions

  • Think in systems and constantly optimize for performance

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in SDR, business development, GTM, or similarly performance-driven roles

  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline

  • Comfortable with cold calling and live conversations

  • High agency, strong organization, and willingness to travel for events

Values

  • Ambition: We want to win, and we need to be the best

  • Performance: Speed, system thinking, efficiency

  • Ownership: When we see a problem, we take ownership of it, and we solve it

  • Spirit: Clarity, optimism, meritocracy

We Offer

  • Impact - Direct impact on ARR, driving > $500k+ ACV enterprise deals.

  • Intensity - High standards, high velocity, in-person in SF.

  • Reward - Top quartile OTE, uncapped upside, equity.

  • Career Acceleration - Early sales hire with a fast path to AE or GTM leadership.

  • Team - Everyone on our team considers themselves the most competitive and intense person they have ever met.

  • Zero Barriers - We want the best people and will do whatever it takes. That includes covering all meals and paying for any product that makes you more productive.
