About Charta Health
The Role
Why This Role
Who This Is For
Comp & Perks
Most healthcare providers are losing revenue every day - they just can’t see where.
It’s not one big mistake. It’s small gaps across thousands of charts - missed charges, undercoding, documentation issues. Over time, it adds up to a steady leak in revenue.
Charta fixes that.
We built an AI platform that reviews 100% of charts before billing, so those issues get caught early. Our customers typically see ~10% more revenue without adding headcount.
That’s why we’ve been growing quickly:
- 10x growth year-over-year
- 4x headcount growth
- Achieved profitability
- $30M+ raised
The Role
You’ll own outbound prospecting into healthcare decision-makers and set high-quality meetings for your assigned AEs. This role is call-heavy, with email and LinkedIn used to support your outreach. You’ll be reaching into the C-suite and turning cold outreach into real conversations and qualified meetings.
That means:
- High-volume outbound calling as your primary channel
- Doing the right level of research to tailor your approach
- Asking good questions to uncover real problems
- Handling objections and keeping conversations moving
- Setting meetings that turn into real opportunities
Why This Role
- The value prop is simple and lands quickly
- The team is consistently exceeding their targets
- You’ll get direct, hands-on coaching and training
- There’s real opportunity to move up as the team grows
- Your work directly impacts revenue and how the company scales
- You’re selling into one of the fastest-growing areas in AI and healthcare
Who This Is For
You’ll do well here if you:
- Are competitive and want to win
- Build and follow a structured process
- Are coachable and serious about getting better
- Are naturally curious and focus on understanding the problem, not just pitching a tool
- Are comfortable making a high volume of cold calls
- Ask good questions, are assertive, and sound natural on the phone
- Are comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Are ambitious and motivated to grow quickly
- $65K-$70K base / $95K-$100K OTE
- Meaningful early-stage equity upside
- Fast promotion path as the company scales
- San Francisco office with an ambitious, high-performance team
- Meals covered - weekly team lunches and nightly dinners
- Full benefits - health, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness stipend
