About the Opportunity
At Charta, we prioritize results over rigid playbooks. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in building pipelines and driving top-of-funnel growth.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives and leadership to identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers across the healthcare ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, driven, and excited to break into tech sales at a high-growth startup.
You'd be a great fit, if you have:
- 1-2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer facing roles, or internships in the B2B Saas space.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A highly motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset.
- Interest in healthcare, AI, or startup environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Coachability and eagerness to learn and improve.
- A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
