Your responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an SDR at BlinkOps, you’ll drive outbound pipeline generation across a defined set of enterprise accounts. You’ll take ownership of account research, prospecting strategy, and personalized outreach, using AI-powered tools and intent signals to identify where security teams are facing real operational risk. This role requires initiative and judgment — you’ll independently uncover opportunity, not wait for it to be handed to you.

You’ll engage confidently with senior security leaders, including CISOs and VPs of Security, leading high-quality discovery conversations that uncover ownership, urgency, and impact. In close partnership with Account Executives, Marketing, and Channel, you’ll qualify opportunities with real buying potential.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • 6–12 months of experience driving outbound prospecting through multichannel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) into mid-to-large enterprises
  • Confidence engaging senior leaders, with the ability to communicate value clearly, concisely, and credibly at the executive level
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset — you take initiative, use data and judgment to
  • create momentum, and don’t wait for perfect inputs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relevance, personalization, and quality over volume
  • A collaborative approach and experience partnering closely with Account Executives, using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft) to drive high-quality pipeline and clean handoffs

It’d be really cool if you also have

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or in an environment that’s scaling quickly
  • Exposure to cloud security, DevOps, SecOps, or IAM buyers
  • Hands-on experience using AI to improve prospecting, research, messaging, or call prep
  • Interest in growing a long-term career in sales, revenue, or go-to-market leadership
