About AirOps

AirOps is the first end-to-end content engineering platform built for the AI era. In a world where discovery is shifting from traditional search to AI-driven platforms, we help brands get found—and stay found. We are currently in a phase of hyper-growth, having 5x’d our revenue in the last year by helping marketing teams at Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling turn content quality into a durable competitive advantage.

Our platform equips marketers to navigate the new discovery landscape, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and create accurate, on-brand content that earns citations from AI and trust from humans. Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will empower the next generation of marketing leaders. AirOps is headquartered in San Francisco, New York and Montevideo.

About the Role:

As an SDR at AirOps, you’ll serve as the "Tip of the Spear," working cross-functionally with Sales and GTM Engineering to identify target accounts and execute the prospecting strategies that fuel our pipeline growth. You will own the full outbound motion, from leveraging intent signals to conducting high-quality discovery calls, in a fast-paced environment where tenacity and precision are the standard. This is a high-agency role for someone who is ready to take extreme ownership of their results and help us scale our market presence in the AI era.

What you'll own:
  • Build the Engine: Develop and execute creative outreach strategies that don't just hit targets, they crush them. You'll be the one finding the "needles in the haystack" and turning them into qualified pipeline.

  • Be an AI Matchmaker: Conduct discovery calls that act as deep-dive consultations. Your goal is to map prospect pain points to our AI capabilities, not just read a script.

  • Own the First Impression: You are the first face of AirOps. You’ll build authentic, high-trust relationships with key decision-makers before they even realize they need a better workflow.

  • Pass the Torch: Work in lockstep with our Account Executives to ensure that every handoff is seamless, qualified, and set up for a closed-won win.

  • The "Data Artist": Keep our CRM (our "Source of Truth") clean, organized, and actionable. We value data-driven iteration—if an email template isn't working, iterate, A/B test, and optimize until it does.

  • Startup Speed: In a high-growth environment, agility is your superpower. Whether you're troubleshooting a new outreach tool or jumping on a last-minute demo, you thrive on the "all-hands-on-deck" pace.

What you'll bring:
  • The "Hungry" Factor: 0-1 years of B2B SaaS sales experience. If you’ve got the grit, we’ll provide the roadmap. Bonus points if you’ve spent time in the marketing or growth-tech trenches.

  • Outreach Ninja: Whether it's a cold call, a hyper-personalized email, or a strategic LinkedIn connection, you know how to cut through the noise without sounding like a bot.

  • High EQ & Active Listening: You know that discovery is 80% listening and 20% speaking. You have the empathy to understand a prospect's frustrations and the communication skills to offer the solution.

  • Bias for Action: You are just as comfortable running solo on a new project as you are jumping into a team brainstorming session. You own your outcomes.

  • A Track Record of "Done": Whether it’s a side project, a degree, or a previous job, you have a history of starting things and actually finishing them.

  • The Vibe-Coder Mindset: We build with AI, and we want you to understand it. Experience coding, scripting, or playing around with "vibe-coding" platforms (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, etc.) is a massive plus. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you've ideally gone beyond simply using LLMs as research and content-generation tools.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
