The Opportunity

We are assembling an A-Team of killer SDRs to disrupt the commercial real estate space. We aren't looking for someone to just "follow a script." This is a Foundational Builder role. What you'll do

  • As our outbound tip of the spear, you’ll hunt and secure the enterprise leaders of commercial real estate.
  • Manage and improve the lead database - enrich, clean, segment, and optimize.
  • Evaluate lead quality using engagement data and adapt outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and share insights.
  • Take full ownership of pipeline quality and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Day-to-day

  • Prospect new accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and more.
  • Send a high volume of personalized emails, calls, and social messages.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and company leadership.
  • Review weekly performance and suggest new experiments or improvements.

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • The Mindset: A passion for AI and a desire to be part of the "builder" generation.
  • The Experience: 1–3 years as an SDR/BDR in a fast-paced B2B startup environment. You know how to pivot when things change- MUST.
  • The Grit: You are self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven. You don't wait for instructions; you find a way to win.
  • The Communication: Elite writing skills and a commanding phone presence. You can simplify the complex.
