As a Sales Development Representative, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the scope and function of this role. Our next team member will have a flexible mindset, enjoy iterating on sales processes & strategies, and has a knack for connecting with finance leaders.
In this role, you willRaise awareness and generate interest for Anrok through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective pipeline generation
Develop a deep understanding of Anrok’s value proposition and products to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
Master the use of tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to identify and prioritize accounts.
Organize and implement a multi-channel prospecting approach, maximizing your outreach efforts by developing and utilizing sequences in Outreach.
Schedule meetings on account executives’ calendars and ensure all activities are accurately logged for tracking and follow up.
Partnering with Account Executives to establish prospect and engagement campaigns.
College degree required.
Prior sales development or business development experience preferred.
Self-starters who are organized and resourceful.
You are not afraid to pick up the phone. Cold calling is at the heart of this role. Your excitement for picking up the phone and engaging with potential customers will set you apart.
Adaptability and Critical Thinking: Every day will bring new challenges, and your ability to adapt and think on your feet is crucial. Whether it's refining your approach to a tough prospect or finding creative solutions to get in front of decision makers, your problem solving skills will be key.
Prior experience with the modern SDR Tech Stack (eg. Claude, Salesforce, Unify, Outreach, Dripify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
