About the role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with experience selling developer tools to enterprise companies. You’ll own cold outreach and inbound warm leads, working to set up sales meetings for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the SDR Process: Manage inbound leads and targeted cold outreach to enterprise customers.

  • Lead Qualification: Work with the Account Executives to develop lists of potential customers to target. Assess if a prospect fits our customer profile.

  • Build Repeatable Processes: Establish a repeatable SDR process that will scale as the company grows.

  • Meeting Scheduling: Setting up meetings or product demos for Account Executives.

  • CRM Management: Ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and data on potential customers.

Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience as a SDR, ideally in SaaS or tech startups. Experience selling developer tools is a strong plus.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas.

  • Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage environment and is excited to help build sales processes from the ground up

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities through various stages of the sales pipeline.

  • Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and a fast-paced, feedback-driven culture.

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000, with annual on-target earnings of $120,000-130,000 plus equity
