Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team and take ownership of the early stages of the sales process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys connecting with decision-makers, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

They operate within the fintech space, having built a strong presence by simplifying global payments for remote teams and scaling rapidly in recent years.

As the first point of contact for potential clients, the SDR will play a key role in identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. This position requires a proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to communicate value clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of their services to communicate value effectively
  • Identify and research potential business opportunities
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, primarily through LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads based on defined ideal customer profiles
  • Engage decision-makers and guide them toward scheduling calls with the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure pipeline accuracy
  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting targets


Requirements
  • Strong prospecting mindset with the ability to independently find and validate leads
  • Creative problem-solving approach to achieving outreach goals
  • High resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying focused
  • Confidence in communicating with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales roles
  • Exposure to high-growth or startup environments
  • Familiarity with industries such as fintech or HR tech is a plus
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Apollo.io, GetSales)
