ABOUT THE RIGHT TEAM MEMBER
As a Sales Development Representative at Kudoboard, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing inbound sales inquiries and partnering with Account Executives to generate and qualify new opportunities. This is a high-impact role on a fast-paced, results-driven team at a growing and successful software company. We’re looking for someone who is focused, proactive, and creative—someone who thrives on connecting with people, driving demos, and opening doors to new business. As one of the first SDRs on the team, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive or Customer Success position. ABOUT THE ROLE
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries from the website and other channels
Qualify leads through date enrichment, discovery calls and email outreach, ensuring fit and readiness for a sales demo
Quickly identify product fit and lead assignment
Schedule high-quality demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
Execute outbound campaigns to generate pipeline from existing accounts and new business targets
Support Account Executives in closing small, mid-sized, and large enterprise deals
Support marketing in prospecting and campaign follow-up (trials, webinars, content downloads, events, specific campaigns)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, managing your pipeline and activity efficiently
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align messaging and handoffs
Hit and exceed weekly/monthly targets for demos booked, leads qualified, and pipeline generated
Communicate with prospects across multiple channels—email, phone, and text—with confidence and consistency
Occasionally attend conferences and work the booth, interacting and aggressively drawing people into Kudoboard conversations (1-4 times/year)
Act as a brand ambassador for Kudoboard, delivering a world-class first impression to potential customers
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1–2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or sales development (ideally in a product-led growth environment)
Consistently hits or exceeds outreach and pipeline targets
Fluent in Salesforce and experienced with sales tools like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Sales Navigator
Excellent communicator with sharp writing and confident verbal skills
Has grit and operates with full ownership and accountability—no task too small, no lead left behind
Hyper-organized, self-motivated, and fast-moving—gets excited managing dozens of leads without dropping the ball
Obsessed with performance data and hitting targets; you track what matters and use insights to optimize your workflow
Comfortable sending emails, making calls, and texting prospects all day long
Driven by goals, financial upside, and the opportunity to move quickly into a closing or strategic role
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; moves forward even when the path isn’t perfectly clear

Onsite 3 days per week at our Lakeview office (near Belmont/Clark)
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND PERKS
Base Salary: $60K-$65K OTE: $85K-$90K uncapped
