Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.

Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join one of our delivery units. Each unit is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This organizational framework provides SDRs with technical assistance, yet you will remain fully responsible for managing campaigns, verifying setups, HubSpot reporting, and daily outreach. We’ve designed this to eliminate manual friction, such as lead research, so you can focus on calls, reply handling, and securing booked appointments.

You will work across multiple client projects simultaneously, running high-volume cold calling via a power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.

Things You’ll Be Doing:

    Cold Calling
  • Running outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer (Nooks) across multiple (3-6) client projects simultaneously - not one account, several, at once.
  • Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script.
  • Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern, not after.
  • Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
  • Personally owning every reply that comes in from automated email (Reply.io / Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi) campaigns, not just monitoring the inbox.
  • Responding within 4–8 working hours and nurturing prospects until they're ready to book.
  • Handling objections in writing, pushing for a next step, and converting replies into confirmed meetings.
  • Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
  • Campaign Oversight & Reporting
  • Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
  • Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
  • Keeping CRM hygiene tight in HubSpot and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background.
  • Confident, error-free written English for handling email and LinkedIn replies - this is half the role, not an afterthought.
  • Fluent spoken English, comfortable working across US and European time zones.
  • Strong understanding of outreach tools: You’re comfortable working with CRM and automation platforms and understand the key technical elements behind cold outreach. You can support campaign setup, identify potential issues, and work with the right teams to resolve technical blockers.
  • The ability to run multiple client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace on any one of them.
  • Self-starting: there are no fixed hours here, and the work doesn't get done unless you make it happen.

How We Hire:

  • Recruiter Interview (~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
  • Practical Task (~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
  • Hiring Manager Interview (~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
  • Final Interview (~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
  • Offer & Onboarding — if it's a yes, we move fast.

  • *We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process. Final decisions are made by humans. Contact us for information on data processing.

At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.

Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you're most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.

Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.

Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.

Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.

Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.

Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.
