We’re looking for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and ensure every inbound lead receives a world-class buying experience.
As an Inbound SDR, you will be responsible for qualifying and converting inbound leads into sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You will engage restaurant owners and operators who have expressed interest in Sauce through demo requests, website inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, and other inbound channels.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads within established SLA timelines
- Review and qualify inbound inquiries against Sauce’s Ideal Customer Profile
- Conduct discovery calls with restaurant owners and operators
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Follow up persistently through phone, email, SMS, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate lead records and qualification notes in HubSpot
- Disqualify non-fit opportunities with clear documentation and reasoning
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams
- Ensure prospects are prepared and show up for scheduled meetings
- Provide feedback on lead quality, conversion trends, and qualification criteria
- Consistently exceed meeting, conversion, and pipeline goals
What You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-facing and discovery skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound leads
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Coachable mindset and desire to learn
- Ability to qualify opportunities against defined criteria

- Restaurant industry experience
- Experience in inbound sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing roles
- Experience selling SMB SaaS
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach
