Build top-of-funnel enterprise pipeline: research and target companies, run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, creative), qualify leads (needs, budget, timeline), set meetings for AEs, expand opportunities via existing users, and iterate messaging and channels.

About Us

Aqua Voice is building the voice input layer for the age of AI. We train our own models and build deep OS integrations because doing voice well requires controlling the entire stack.

The way people work is changing. IC work is over; you manage AI agents now. This type of work is wonderfully suited for voice.

We aren't building conversational agents. We believe the most natural way to interact with your computer is voice in text out (VITO). We believe that voice belongs at a level above the application, and that a small company can win by pushing the envelope.

We are applying relentless energy to this opportunity and the results so far have been good. We hope you will join us.

The Role

You'll build the top of our enterprise pipeline—identify the right companies and get us in front of the right people.

- Research and targeting: Find companies and teams that fit our profile

- Outbound: Email, LinkedIn, creative approaches. Quality over volume.

- Qualify: Understand needs, budget, timeline. Set up AEs for success.

- Expand from users: We have individuals at companies who could open doors. You'll find them.

- Iterate: What messaging works? What channels? You'll help figure it out.

This role is a path to AE if that's where you want to go.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or similar prospecting role

- Strong writer—cold outreach lives or dies on copy

- Good at research—you can figure out who to talk to and why they'd care

- Organized and persistent

- Bonus: experience selling to technical or developer audiences

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta

  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
