Job Description

Fragomen WorkRight’s Sales Director will be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in SaaS, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative sales professional with deep experience in compliance centric SaaS technology solutions and a passion for helping organizations optimize their operations

You will work in an exciting, dynamic, and challenging atmosphere with people who are passionate about Fragomen, and our technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to interact professionally with Fragomen’s clients from various industry sectors across the country.

Fragomen WorkRights’s I-9 technology is the first and preeminent I-9 SaaS and fully managed solution in the industry.  Our product is continuously updated and optimized to be flexible and allows clients to automate, streamline, and improve the compliance of their I-9 programs.  In this opportunity, you will work with a group of smart, motivated, and diverse individuals to learn new skills and gain knowledge surrounding I-9 management and compliance. 

How will you make a difference at Fragomen WorkRight? 

  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close, for software solution sales, migrations, and solutions upselling.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new verticals and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and client success teams.
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments in the I-9 and SaaS solutions marketplace.

Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen WorkRight:

  • Minimum 15 years of B2B I-9 SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling into enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Prior success in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of complex software sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement platforms
  • Self-starter with a hunter and growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Ability to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork
