Sales Enablement is changing the learning culture at Visa for Sales roles and is becoming an integral part of life at the Company where every employee and client will have access to a wealth of resources to enhance their effectiveness. Sales Enablement strategically sits within Visa’s Global Sales & Commercial Operations (GSCO) and focuses on ensuring our sales teams are enabled optimally. To this end, we champion creating, delivering, and driving impactful sales initiatives through knowledge and training to empower Visa sellers.

The Data & Analytics Managers is a crucial role for our success that will help with translation of Data from various systems into actionable insights, supporting Global markets and empower Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team to measure impact, make meaningful changes and adjustment to support Visa 2030 strategy.

Responsibilities:

Business and Data Analytics:

  • Be an innovative thinker passionate about brainstorming and implementing creative ways to use learning and secondary data (such as people or talent data) to measure the impact of Global Sales Enablement programs.
  • Extract and understand data to form opinions on how to best help and derive relevant insights for our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to understand their reporting and analytics needs and deliver solutions that meet these needs.
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging learning data to drive business solutions.

Visualization & Reporting:

  • Act as a strategic business partner, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Create repeatable templates for global and regional teams to leverage with stakeholders (i.e. monthly global and regional updates, participant ‘heat maps’ to track completions, etc.)
  • Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable visual insights that resonate with various stakeholders.
  •  Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide expert advice on potential data solutions and visualizations.
  • Continuously innovate and improve dashboard designs to ensure they are user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
  • Leverage advanced visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, and Watershed to develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather requirements to ensure that dashboards meet the specific needs of different departments and teams.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on interpreting and utilizing dashboards effectively.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in advanced visualization and data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI (maybe Python and SQL).
  • Experience with data governance and process management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with HR/Learning data preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with global teams.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, with the ability to tailor data-driven results to various audience levels.
  • Able to work unsupervised and efficiently while designing, implementing, and documenting processes to ensure high-quality work.
  • Detail-oriented, expected to ensure the highest level of quality and rigor in reports and data analysis.
  • Exhibit intellectual curiosity and strive to continually learn.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to think quickly.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Experience in using Generative AI tools for reporting and analytics is preferred.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 134,600.00 to 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
