The Sales Enablement Education Specialist supports ongoing Sales education, readiness, reinforcement, and field execution after initial onboarding.
This role translates business priorities, process changes, product updates, Sales plays, and new tools into practical education and guidance that help Sales teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to apply it effectively with dealers.


 

Outcomes and Activities:

  • This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office may be required.  However, this position is permitted to work at our Southfield, Michigan office if requested by the team member.
  • This position is available in three regional assignments: Northeast, Southwest, and West. Each hire will serve as a dedicated partner to the sales teams within their assigned region. To ensure alignment with business needs, employees must work core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the local time zone of the region they support, regardless of where they reside.

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Education and Readiness 

  • Support the development and execution of ongoing Sales education and readiness programs for field sellers, leaders, and specialized Sales roles. 

  • Translate business priorities and changes into clear, practical education, discussion guides, job aids, coaching support, and field-ready resources. 

  • Reinforce role-specific selling behaviors, dealer conversation expectations, process execution, and adoption of new tools and programs. 

  • Support regional forums, best-practice sharing, and reinforcement activities that improve consistency across Sales. 

Initiative and Sales Play Support 

  • Support readiness for product launches, process changes, Sales plays, pilots, and go-to-market initiatives. 

  • Develop reinforcement plans, coaching guidance, talking points, and role-specific direction that support successful field execution. 

  • Gather and share field feedback to improve clarity, adoption, positioning, and execution. 

  • Help reinforce key behaviors over time to support sustained adoption and performance. 

Cross-Functional Partnership 

  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, GTM Strategy, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Training & Development, and other teams to support aligned education and readiness efforts. 

  • Work with subject matter experts and content owners to validate information and ensure education resources are accurate and practical. 

  • Partner with the Sales Enablement Content Specialist to identify content gaps, clarify field needs, and improve usability of Sales resources. 

  • Collaborate with Training & Development on learning standards, reinforcement strategies, and instructional practices where appropriate. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Use field feedback, engagement insights, and business needs to improve Sales education and readiness resources. 

  • Evaluate whether education and reinforcement efforts are supporting intended behaviors and execution expectations. 

  • Recommend improvements that simplify the learner experience and increase field adoption. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 

  • At least three years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Operations, Training & Development, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Experience developing Sales-facing, business-facing, or role-based education and readiness resources. 

  • Strong communication, writing, facilitation, organization, and project management skills. 

  • Ability to translate complex business information into clear, actionable guidance. 

  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting a field-based Sales organization. 

  • Experience developing job aids, discussion guides, reinforcement tools, Sales play support, or role-based education materials. 

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, sales methodologies, or reinforcement strategies. 

  • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, pilots, or change efforts. 

  • Familiarity with CRM, learning, enablement, or knowledge management platforms. 

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 base salary + annual bonus

This position is not currently open to individuals who require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, such as H-1b / H-4 or F-1 OPT visa holders.
