This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days onsite at our office in Lynnfield, MA.  Please note we are not offering relocation for this role

The Sales Enablement Manager is a high value-add business partner to both the sales organization and internal functions, enabling revenue growth and increased sales productivity through a data-driven approach. This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning to ensure business momentum and ongoing data integrity. In this role, the Sales Enablement Manager will translate business priorities into clear processes, tools, insights, and cross-functional execution plans that strengthen customer readiness and commercial performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses strong project management and communication skills, and works well with a diverse team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent Sales on internal projects, communicating with key stakeholders on customer-impacting initiatives, including project status, key achievements, risks, challenges, and next steps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for new item launches, ensuring customer requirements, timelines, and sell-in readiness are met.
  • Develop commercial playbooks that inform best-in-class execution of new item launches and portfolio optimization initiatives, advising sell-in material development, shelf reset timing, distribution goals, forecast impacts, inventory readiness, and customer communications.
  • Support managing the end-to-end setup of new products, product specifications, and ensuring all sales-facing systems reflect the most current information.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity using internal and syndicated data to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Improve Sales-related processes, tools, strategies, and CRM adoption through administrative support, user training, reporting, and opportunity management.
  • Support Marketing and Brand strategy by ensuring Marketing and Trade investments reinforce brand positioning and identify opportunities to improve return on investment.
  • Conduct regular initiative reviews with Sales and Marketing leaders to assess progress against plan, identify strategic review needs, and support problem solving.
  • Facilitate and contribute to portfolio reviews with cross-functional teams to identify optimization, efficiency, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Operations to understand production capabilities, product availability and pipeline opportunities.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2+ years in direct selling role, preferably in CPG industry
  • 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and trends

Skills and Competencies:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving results
  • Experience with point-of-sale syndicated data such as Circana (IRI), Nielsen, SPINS
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and their use in managing sales activities, reporting, and customer information
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
  • Team-first mindset, demonstrated through a consistent, reliable, and collaborative approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is
$126,000$145,000 USD
