This individual-contributor role owns the enablement lifecycle from strategy through execution, and serves as the primary facilitator for virtual instructor-led training (VILT) programs. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this position partners with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to design and deliver scalable enablement experiences that accelerate seller readiness and improve sales outcomes.

Direct Reports: No

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Launch & Program Enablement

  • Own enablement for new business lines, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives, partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership on training tracks, messaging, and objection-handling materials.
  • Design and execute multi-modal launch enablement (VILT, self-paced eLearning, job aids, playbooks) to drive seller readiness and time-to-productivity.

VILT Delivery & Facilitation

  • Design, own, and facilitate live virtual instructor-led training programs for sellers and managers across all market segments.
  • Manage end-to-end VILT logistics -- scheduling, platform coordination, attendance tracking, and session recordings -- and evaluate session effectiveness to refine facilitation quality.

Content Development & Governance

  • Develop seller-facing enablement assets, including playbooks, sales plays, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and battle cards.
  • Partner with the Content Production Hub to produce polished, brand-compliant multimedia using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative.

Sales Tools & Technology Enablement

  • Drive adoption enablement for the Inside and Direct Sales tech stack -- including Salesforce, CPQ, Agentforce, Outreach, Qualified, ZoomInfo, and Highspot -- through training and just-in-time resources.
  • Produce tool-specific job aids and quick-reference guides to support effective seller usage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary enablement partner for Inside and Direct Sales Leadership, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and HR/L&D to align enablement with business strategy.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track enablement KPIs -- including VILT completion, launch readiness, ramp time, and content engagement -- and use data and feedback to continuously improve program design.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or GTM program management within a B2B technology, SaaS, or telecommunications environment.
  • Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training for sales audiences and managing product launch or new business line enablement.
  • Experience developing role-based enablement content such as playbooks, battle cards, and sales plays.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging, high-impact VILT sessions for diverse seller audiences.
  • Strong instructional design foundation grounded in adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, seller-ready content.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate content development and streamline workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is B2B sales, or account management.
  • Background in managed IT, cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, or UCaaS sales enablement environments.
  • Familiarity with the following tools: Highspot, Articulate, Camtasia, Salesforce, CPQ, Agentforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Qualified, Adobe, and Microsoft Teams/Office.
  • Experience building and managing a sales enablement content governance and lifecycle-management process.
