The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Commercial team, based in the US and reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer.You’ll turn our existing sales content into a playbook the team actually uses — and help new and existing reps ramp faster.
Job requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Organise and structure our existing sales content into a clear, easy to-navigate playbook the whole team can find and use.
  • Own and maintain battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning material, keeping them current as the market evolves.
  • Build and run onboarding ramp plans for new sales hires, plusongoing coaching, reinforcement, and skill-gap interventions forthe existing team.
  •  Identify training and content gaps across the sales team and brief our instructional designer on what needs to be built.
  • Own content structure and adoption within Docebo, tracking usage data to understand what’s actually landing with reps — and act on what isn’t.

Job responsibilities
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A track record of building or reorganising sales playbooks and field-facing content that reps actually adopt. Experience designing and running onboarding or ramp programmes for a sales team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Nice to Have
  • Direct experience with Docebo or a comparable LMS/sales enablement platform.
  • Experience in clinical trials, life sciences, or another regulated SaaS environment.
  • Experience briefing or managing instructional designers or otherL&D contractors.
