As a Sales Enablement Manager supporting our highest-level sales teams, you’ll operate in an individual contributor role, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful behavioral change aligned to our sales objectives.

You’ll serve as a sales process expert, working with leaders and frontline sellers to increase efficiency and data reliability; a sales coach, partnering with sales executives and account teams to accelerate high-visibility opportunities; and a content creator, developing assets that reinforce knowledge, skills, and best practices.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver strategic sales training programs that reduce ramp time, increase quota attainment, and expand impact across customer organizations. You’ll work hands-on with experienced sellers and first-line sales directors through in-person and virtual training, interactive workshops, and personalized coaching, while also playing a key role in program design and ongoing program management.
This is a remote position within the U.S. Eastern & Central time zones preferred. However, will consider those within the Pacific and Mountain time zones who are available and willing to work Eastern & Central hours.

What will help you succeed
  • Ability to challenge the thinking of others while maintaining rapport.
  • Quality Classroom and Virtual Session facilitation.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new sellers and deliver ongoing training through their time at Dynatrace.
  • Develop SME status in areas such as sales plays, solution value proposition, competitive strategy, and sales methodology.
  • Facilitate and participate in class breakout sessions and role plays.
  • Proctor and coach training sessions.
  • Use innovative techniques and delivery mechanisms to reach a widely dispersed team.
  • Deliver sales-focused enablement programs and work with sales teams in a coaching capacity focusing on continual development of sales skills, best practices, and how we message and position Dynatrace within customer opportunities.
  • Seller analysis and recommendations.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with sellers and sales management.
  • Work with sellers 1:1 to remediate and improve areas of concern/development.
  • Attend and participate in regional QBRs.
  • Program Development, iteration, and publishing.
  • Ensure topics, messaging, and exercises are aligned with the product and the company's priorities and strategic direction.
  • Work with enablement management, sales leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that the delivery methods and practices are innovative and effective.
  • Develop materials to supplement training discussions; serve as pre-work to optimize workshop time; on-demand reinforcement.
  • Assist with projects and administration efforts for the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams as needed.
  • Participate in large-scale corporate events as assigned, e.g. SKO, sales roadshows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in an Enablement or Sales role.
  • Engaging and effective at delivering in-person and online training, presentations, and coaching sessions.
  • Strong facilitation experience running workshops and managing participation.
  • Ability to find and identify execution issues and driving sales effectiveness improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a sales team, ideally in a high-growth environment as market leader.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally to develop content and align (interlock) operational execution with strategic objectives.
  • Expertise in sales processes, methodologies, and skills.
  • Self-motivated to do big things. You are a master of your time.
  • Some business travel to SKO, QBRs, and other training and workshop events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct sales or sales management experience a plus.
  • Strong program development and program management skills are a plus. A project leader, communicator, and collaborator.

Compensation and Rewards
  • The base salary range for this role is $116,000 - $145,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
  • We also offer medical/dental benefits and a company-matched 401(k) plan for retirement.
