Position Overview;
As the Sales Enablement & Operations Manager, you are the operational heartbeat of our phone and B2B sales organization. You’ll optimize how our teams sell, staff, and serve — turning data into action, systems into insights, and automation into efficiency.
You’ll own the tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, Calabrio, Balto) and the analytics that drive daily performance across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels. Your work ensures that every lead is handled quickly, every rep is equipped to win, and every decision is grounded in data.
If you love solving problems with technology, building dashboards that change conversations, and improving how people work — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the system owner for HubSpot CRM and Five9, ensuring data accuracy, automation, and reporting integrity.
- Connect tools across the stack (HubSpot, Calabrio, GA4, Matomo, RealEd, NetSuite, Shopify) to create a seamless, insight-driven sales engine.
- Oversee Calabrio forecasting, scheduling, and adherence — aligning staffing with campaign demand and service levels.
- Optimize queue coverage, occupancy, and rep utilization for both inbound and outbound teams.
- Drive high-impact sales performance through training, playbooks, tools, and onboarding programs.
- Build dashboards and reports that track conversion, AOV, speed-to-lead, adherence, and productivity.
- Analyze performance by channel (B2C, B2B, B2B2C) and surface insights that shape daily execution.
- Implement and scale tools like Balto (real-time call guidance) and Trellus (AI-based coaching).
- Design workflows that minimize manual work and maximize rep time with customers.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to align lead flow, attribution, and reporting.
- Translate operational insights into action plans that improve the full customer journey.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations— ideally in a phone or contact center environment.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Five9, and Calabrio (forecasting, scheduling, adherence).
- Proven ability to integrate and optimize sales systems across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C models.
- Strong analytical skills — fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience implementing AI-driven sales tools and workflow automation.
- Thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
- Clear communicator with a bias for action, able to turn data into decisions and execution.
