  • Gather and relay product feedback from prospects to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Participate in webinars, trade shows, and virtual events—helping run demo stations and field technical questions.
  • Commit to continuous learning about AI, banking workflows, and solution‑selling best practices.
What You Will Bring:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a technical, client‑facing, or pre‑sales capacity (internships or co‑ops welcome).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Foundational understanding of web technologies, cloud concepts, and the basics of AI/ML.
  • Natural curiosity, quick learner, and passion for the intersection of technology and financial services.
  • Strong communication skills: able to explain technical ideas clearly in writing and speech.
  • Comfort presenting to small groups and eagerness to grow into larger executive‑level conversations.
  • Self‑starter attitude with excellent organization, attention to detail, and commitment to follow‑through.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment—embracing change and new challenges.
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills:
  • Internship or coursework experience with SaaS platforms, conversational AI, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) or data tools (SQL, BI dashboards).
  • Exposure to CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk).
Compensation
  • Total compensation is expected to range between $80,000 – $130,000 (Base + Commissions). Exact figures depend on skills, experience, and location.
