  • Design and propose solutions using Nx EVOP, integrating video analytics, cameras, storage, and third-party systems.
  • Support customers and partners with proof-of-concept deployments, pilots, and pre-sales evaluations.
  • Provide post-sales technical consultation (system design, scaling, and integration guidance).
  • Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers, partners, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain operation and maintenance documentation for customer projects.
Manage and maintain demo systems (corporate demo labs and trade show setups).
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to provide market/user feedback and strengthen the product roadmap.

What we’re looking for

Experience: 5+ years in a technical role (system installer, system engineer, developer, or similar). Direct pre-sales experience preferred but not required if technical/customer-facing.

Domain Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise VMS platforms (Nx, Milestone, Genetec, Aimetis, etc.) or comparable security/video systems.
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, IP, routing, firewalls).
  • Experience with cloud environments (public/private/hybrid) and solution architecture.
  • Solid grasp of hardware requirements/specifications for video/security projects (servers, storage, cameras).

Education: Bachelor’s in Computing, Networking, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving approach.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus).
